EXCELLENT PROPERTY IN THE CENTER

Located inside a building, the property is located in the center and, above all, in a very quiet area. Well appointed rooms with every comfort, including tea maker, TV and air conditioning. Very thorough cleaning and very affordable price. Very kind Danilo, the manager

Excellent

We spent a few days in this structure together with my husband, another couple and our three dogs (one of the couple and two of ours). Since our arrival we were greeted with great kindness by the owners, always available and attentive to our needs.
The rooms were clean, cozy and very comfortable. We also loved the advice we were given on what to visit in the area: really useful tips that made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had a great time and we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, cared for and attentive to our four-legged friends. We will definitely be back!

Great stay and convenient parking

Garage very well appreciated, 10€ per day is worth them all this service to avoid the breakage of boxes of the parking in the city center. Maximum tranquility and great welcome. The owner was very nice and welcoming, I will definitely return

Structure to recommend

Excellent value for money. Room with everything you need, comfortable bed. Relaxing and refined environment. Welcoming and professional owner. Convenient parking. The courtyard from which the structure takes its name is characteristic.

A stone's throw from the Christmas Markets

Excellent structure for visiting Arezzo on foot. Room quiet, spacious and with everything we needed. The owners are really kind and helpful. The panoramic terrace is beautiful. The Christmas decorations were made with great care. The Christmas markets are within walking distance. We recommend this property!!
