That's bad. Look elsewhere. EVERYTHING is missing.

Just good location. Otherwise bad. Everything is missing: clothes rack, shower, bedside tables (!), sheets, air conditioning, drawers where to store the stuff: EVERYTHING. It is not possible to adjust the temperature of the room, COLD IN WINTER AND HOT IN SUMMER. THE AIR CONDITIONER THAT WAS THERE 2 YEARS AGO HAS BEEN REMOVED. In the shared kitchen there is nothing, not even a coffee machine with pods. The beauty is that these negative reviews have been written for 3 years but the property does not make an emeritus kaiser. Industrial tap in the bathroom uncomfortable, you flood when you have to wash your face, shower tray too low and you make the lake in the bathroom. In the 2 days we were ever a towel change. Look elsewhere.

Experience not very satisfactory.

Good location for visiting the Castle but inconvenient for parking. Also the shared kitchen is not even equipped with a coffee maker and has a mini fridge that should cater for all guests of the beb rooms.
In July with only the fan it was very hot!!! Need for air conditioners.
I would say it is just minimal!

Nel centro storico

La casa si trova nella via che porta ai ruderi del castello, l’entrata con l’auto è abbastanza difficoltosa in quanto stradine strette del centro storico. Nuova ristrutturazione, ottima pulizia, camera con arredamento minimale. I contatti con il proprietario perfetti, mi ha inviato istruzioni per l’arrivo precise. Per l’auto si può scegliere un parcheggio a pagamento o cercare un posteggio nelle vie di Arco e poi fare quattro passi a piedi. Ottima soluzione per una notte economica.
