Welcoming and clean environment in a beautiful typical Friulian building

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and had a very good time. The structure is surrounded by greenery, the rooms are welcoming, equipped with air conditioning and TV, and the cleaning is daily and impeccable. The owner was very kind, helpful and attentive to our needs and at the same time discreet and not at all intrusive. We felt like at home. When I return to Friuli I will undoubtedly choose the Julienne hotel again.

Quiet and charming

Albergo Julienne is a little gem. My room was clean and prettily decorated and the grounds are really lovely. It is a lovely place to return to after a busy day and the owners are kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a good breakfast, I hope to return at some point!

Absolutely wonderful!!

Everything about Albergo Julienne is perfect! A beautiful old converted stable, in a very large garden, with plenty of relaxing seating areas. Furnished and decorated in a french style, it truly earns its status as "Relais de Campagne".
The rooms are well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable with everything one could wish for plus a very efficient wi-fi. The breakfast is plentiful with a varied choice of cold meats, cheese, fresh rolls, croissants, yogurts, juice, coffee and tea on offer.
The best part about Albergo Julienne are the hosts, Adriana and Sylvana who are extremely welcoming. We arrived as guests and left feeling more like friends!
Highly recommended, we look forward to our next visit to Albergo Julienne!

A bed for the night

After a long day it was a relief to arrive, a quaint property but very friendly helpful host. Sadly the small village doesn't have a restaurant the nearest being 9 km away. The owner and a friend drove six of us to a nearby town about 4 km where there was a festival going on. Turned out to be a pleasant evening and we absorbed some of the local culture. A good breakfast in the morning. Value for money

Very cozy and friendly place!

Albergo Julienne is a little hidden on the outskirts of Arba village, in an old stable that has been converted to a very nice bed an breakfast. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean, the people were very friendly, breakfast was really good for a budget place and the backyard was really inviting to sit and read. When asked about internet the friendly staff gave us a 3G modem. In short - I would have liked to stay longer than just for a night!
