Relaxation immersed in the greenery

We were here during the week of Ferragosto, in this place hidden among the countryside of the Conero. Strategic point to reach the various beaches of Marcelli, Sirolo, etc... the environment is very beautiful, immersed in nature and in total tranquility. There is also a pool available if you don't feel like moving. The rooms are well-maintained and in a rustic style as the name of the property suggests. A very positive experience that I recommend . Michele, the owner, is a very helpful person.

Everything was splendid!

We were here for a weekend. We had a really good time; the place is in the middle of the countryside, ideal for unplugging. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need. I read reviews from people complaining about the lack of a TV in the rooms; for us, it was a plus that there wasn't one. In a farmhouse in the countryside, I don't expect it, and in fact, I am happy if I don't find one. Breakfast was simple but with excellent products. We recommend it!

Nice location but Basque services

Very nice place, close to all points of interest around Ancona and Mount Conero, quiet and with a nice view of the hills. Nice swimming pool. However, the price is too expensive for a basic service: uncomfortable beds, kitchenette without oven or microwave or toaster, breakfast based on industrial products ....

What a beautiful property! Host was very accommodating for our late arrival. Room was clean and we slept well. We appreciate the focus on sustainability and recycling. Breakfast of fresh fruit, berry tart, and local delicacy with chocolate hazelnut swirled within were lovely treats. Posto meraviglioso si deve visitare!
