great ‘VFM’

Booked a last minute break and we were impressed with the price and reviews on the booking site. We were not disappointed. The only thing to note is the fact that there are three short flights of stairs to get to the front door- which may cause issue for some travellers.
We met the owner briefly at check in and he was very nice and helpful. The place is immaculate in terms of cleanliness, and the bed was super comfortable and vast. The bathroom was really very nice and private. We had a sea view but no balcony but that was perfect because we liked to keep room cool by keeping shutter down (it was very hot the days we were there). There was a busy restaurant below our window but we never heard a thing…
The location was perfect as we’d walk onto the road at the coast in the morning and turn right- walk for 8-10 minutes to a place to hire sun-beds (the host had umbrellas and chairs for our use but we prefer to go hire rather than carry). In the evening we’d go to coast road and turn left and walk for 8-10 minutes towards the old town to take in all it had to offer.
The breakfast was delicious each morning. Plenty of choice - there were lots of different cakes available although we didn’t try them they looked tasty- I thought they must be expensive to offer but we never saw anyone taking any. We really enjoyed the open sandwiches and I enjoyed the yoghurt and fruit. Coffee was tasty and again, everything was very clean.
Alghero is lovely and so are the people we met… this place offered really good value for money especially compared to other options that were thrown up within the search ‘parameters’ we’d set on the booking app.

Highly recommended. Cleanliness, good service and comfort.

Very nice B&B. Clean. Well furnished. Easy and convenient to reach by bus directly from the airport. Excellent quiet location 2 minutes walk from Alghero beach and 10 minutes from the port and centre. Abundant and varied breakfast, both sweet and savory (juices, milk, tea, cereals, toast, biscuits, jams and much more). Homemade cakes. Luigi waited for us at the beginning of the street of the B&B and allowed us to leave the backpack, on the day of departure, in his garage (the keys to it were then left in a box with a security code).

Excellent base for Alghero.

Very clean room in a regular apartment building on the beach. You share the "corridor" with 4 other rooms which are closed separately. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee, tea and water, not to mention a wonderful bed and shower. The breakfast is fine. It is within walking distance of the old center in a quiet area with parking space in front of the door. Also several restaurants around the corner and countless in the center.
An excellent base with a very friendly welcome.

2 days in Alghero

Beautiful room completely renovated, like the whole B&B.
The location on the seafront is excellent and in a 15 minute walk you are in the historic centre.
Perfect breakfast with mom's cakes!
Highly recommended and see you next time!!!

Good breakfast!

Super friendly host who greeted us upon arrival. The room is nice and the bathroom is big and fresh. All the amenities we needed, even beach matts and umberellas! Location is good, parking was easy right infront of the building. The biggest plus comes from breakfast! Compared to the italian breakfast you get in most places (just a cup of coffee and a pastry) here you could choose from many options and have as much coffee, juice, etc as you wish.
The bed had a slightly weird smell to it, but it wasn't a big problem because everything was clean though.
