We stayed three nights at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. Beautiful hotel, close to Gallipoli and the beautiful beaches of Salento. Excellent reception. Our check-in with Federica was worthy of a luxury hotel check-in in the Maldives. We stayed in the masseria and found everything excellent. Delicious Roberto Cavalli amenities. Excellent breakfast. Including the extraordinary service of Mrs. Cumba. A 5-star hotel, with excellent service, beautiful, clean. Our stay was well worth it.

Exceeded our expectations. The property is perfect and impeccable. The staff was amazing, the grounds are perfect. Breakfast was great.

We stayed in the Masseria which was very quiet and with a lovely big room including table and kitchen facilities. Only problem was the floor did not open properly (we were offered alternative room) and a lack of mirror except for one small one in the bathroom.
Pool are was lovely and staff were great. Slight issue with getting drinks from the bar in that staff were not always visible

Convenient location and modern, albeit a bit too big for my personal preference. The room's garden was open onto the main entrance so it lacks privacy, there were many ants in the room and the trash can was not emptied when the room was cleaned. When I mentioned this at checkout, the person at the front desk started arguing with me and justifying the issues. I was not complaining, merely stating facts from my experience so the hotel could improve - arguing about it made things worse, not better. It's a very good 4* but not worthy of 5*
