Very nice

I was there in the month of July 2026, everything excellent, kind staff and maximum availability. Excellent cleanliness and excellent breakfast. Splendid location. I highly recommend it.

I advise the owners to seek help! Currently, it is a real scam.

We were tired and the check-in process took more than half an hour... the facility is very clean but dilapidated. It was mid-May but the pool was closed and the beach was still a construction site. The work started at eight in the morning and the train passes right behind. The breakfast is of poor quality, and you have to wait for the ladies to serve you, allowing you to take the jam. Neither buffet nor served... many things to review! You must be ready when the season starts!

ONDA BEACH BAR: I liked the kindness and hospitality of the girls, but above all the focaccia bread was delicious. Continue

I liked the Sole residence in general, the historic center struck me most of all, I didn't think it was so beautiful! And then not to mention the palio, the atmosphere was even more inviting.

Total disappointment, stars? Zero minus minus

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, booked for me and my lady (for 5 years) period 06.27 to 07.04/2026, deposit sent well in advance and balance upon arrival, in the evening we notice that the air conditioner does not work and we discover (we were told by guests who left and some still on site) that the situation has been going on for at least 3 weeks and the rooms involved are at least 9, (no call about the situation to ask if it was okay with us, they took the deposit and balance without informing us) I am a heart surgery patient and have a heart condition, I kindly ask to fix the inconvenience (I pay to have the service and dearly at that), only solution a very noisy portable air conditioner, we decide to leave (obviously paying for the nights used and everything else) asking for a refund, but no answer and even less any apologies or a discount on the "expensive" fee paid. Great Lack Of Respect on the part of the administrator for whom I have no delicate words, I consider myself a gentleman ... Her? bah
A heartfelt thank you only to the two internal maintenance workers for the solidarity and help shown.

Always happy.

Were already the 3rd time guests, with our little dog.
Very pleasant place, great breakfast and attentive Service. Clean, well-kept grounds and rooms. The city is within walking distance.
