Clean. Good not great breakfast buffet (compared to the luxury hotels).
We had trouble getting a complete set of towels daily. Some days none would show up. Other days bath towels but no hand towels. Some days everything was fine. We had to ask for toilet paper.
That said, the beds and bedding are excellent. The air conditioning works well and was both silent and worked without I being drafty. No street noise. Sunny room.
The location is excellent. Near the train station, the Azrieli mall and the downtown.
Parking is a mess. There is a parking lot in the building that doesn’t belong to the hotel. It’s crazy expensive even with the hotel discount. One day, we had the receptionist validate our ticket but we still had to pay the full price. Even worse, the rate is not for 24 hours with unlimited exits and entries. Each entrance and exit starts the outrageous clock again. In the end I gave up on the garage and was able to find on street parking within a kilometer.
The prices are high for a hotel of this very-good-but-not-excellent caliber.
Yes, we would stay here again as there are no other hotels in town.

Not recommended - budget hotel at 4 star prices
We were there Friday night to Sunday morning. Breakfast was limited both mornings. On Saturday was limited to 7.30am to 9.30am as they had a big gathering at the same times. On Sunday the coffee machine was not working and tea was not provided. When initially requested was told we would have to pay for it at the bar which we refused. On Saturday we initially had stale chola bread from the previous day and I had to ask for it to be replenished. On Saturday the room was not cleaned and towels not replenished. It took several reminders until at about 9pm the rooms were refreshed but not hoovered. On the Sunday i asked for a 1 hour extension of check in - they were not exactly busy - and they wanted to charge me for the privilege. After being forceful, the manager was contacted and we were granted the extra hour. Furthermore, the bar was limited if actually open and sitting space in the hotel limited. On the plus side they had nice outside areas to sit.
