BLACK MOLD and THICK DUST

This facility is a BLACK MOLD and DUST trap. From the very entrance, through the reception area and into the room. Black Mold, worn out textiles, Air conditioner wouldn't warm the room and the TV won't work.

Place so bad, I wouldn't house a homeless person here!

If there was such a thing as a minus 5* review, this is the place!
1. Dirty, not hoovered in over 6 months, food droppings from guests visibly under the bed.
2. Wifi non existent despite advertising there is free wifi throughout on booking.com where I booked it.
3. No clean towels available on arrival - sweating like a pig from the airport, no toilet rolls, have to use old and unwanted used ones. When I do get towels of any sort see the photos of what they look like below...
4. Toilet seat broken
5. Torn bedding - see photo
6. Toilet brush without a holder hanging on the floor. See photo also.
7. Not enough plug points.
8. Previous guests hairs still in the shower.
9. Two broken radios either side of the bed with a television to accompany that gets the fuzzy white screen.
10. The fat and ugly receptionist so lazy not sure what she is being paid for... maybe she gets paid to watch netflix, because it's certainly not looking after the guests.
11. Other staff so rude, they actually get offensive, invalidate concerns about the room in a good time... in a bad time, they will either ignore me or even enter my room without notice and move valuables "thieves"!
12. When one window closes the other one opens, good luck when it's winter!
13. The electric went out for the whole floor and when I assisted the incompetence of the staff, he said he knows what he is doing to fix despite the lights flickering on and off like 5 times in a row. I should've charged them to help because they were going to pay a technician!
14. The fat and ugly receptionist observed a couple come to check in on friday who are visibly religious. Jerusalem is at least 50% religious... she actually asked the guy if he is checking out on shabbat... like you cannot make this up, I was there to hear it! Idiot woman clearly knows nothing about the city she works in.
15. Plug holes are full of hairs meaning water is very slow going down.
16. Lies about the hotel across the booking.com, probably getting the ugly receptionist to review her own workplace!
Sharing some of the filth of the hotel so you can see I am not lying...

The check time window isnt displayed prominently and as it was a one night no refundable reservation it was during dinner a couple of hours away that I contacted the property at approximately 830pm to inquire if someone would be there at 11pm approximately and the zion hotels staff failed to reply. Its a cheap place by Jerusalems standards $85 a night and I have yet to receive a reply from them

I had paid for 3 nights and then left after 2. There was water leakage when shower turn on flooding floors. I reported it but was told nothing can be done before Shabbat. My room wasn't vacuumed from prior guest, it was dusty. Found garbage swept under nightstand, chair, etc.

overall was what i expected for the price. Nice surprise was a common kitchen.
The Bad: no tv or room fridge as advertised. It is up to other guest to let new arrivals in so prepare to wait outside for someone who happens to be leaving or coming. Pointing this out to the staff was met with shrugs. They didnt care.
