Stayed for one night on a business trip.
The hotel was clean, parking was readily available, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The room was comfortable and functional for a short stay. On the downside, the overall design and decor feel noticeably outdated, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Overall, a reasonable choice for a business stay, but the property would benefit from modernization.

Bad

Our family has been choosing this hotel for many years, and we returned year after year because we truly enjoyed staying here. Sadly, this visit was completely different. After what we experienced, we have made the decision that we will never come back.
The overall level of cleanliness has dropped significantly. The rooms were not properly cleaned or vacuumed, and tea, coffee, and other amenities were often not replenished.
I also had a very unpleasant experience at the indoor pool. The lifeguard behaved in a way that I found completely inappropriate. He tried to start a personal conversation with me and even invited me to go for a drink, despite the fact that I am married and six months pregnant. I was shocked that a hotel employee would behave this way toward a guest.
The final incident was the most upsetting. One of my children developed a fever and was unable to come down for breakfast. I politely asked whether I could take a small amount of food to my sick child in our room. Instead of receiving understanding or compassion, the restaurant manager raised his voice at me in front of other guests and insisted that taking any food was forbidden, regardless of the fact that my child was ill.
The biggest disappointment was not the hotel policies, but the way guests are treated. During this stay we experienced rude behavior, shouting, and a complete lack of respect and empathy. This is not the level of hospitality anyone expects from a hotel.
It is heartbreaking to see how much this hotel has changed. We have many wonderful memories here from previous years, but after this experience our family will never return, and unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ramada Hotel Jerusalem

About this excellent hotel I already wrote in October 25 really no need to add, today I will write about the staff I met at Easter Easter, first at the reception we met Mrs. Armidge who welcomed us with a wide smile, all the respect! Later we saw Mr. Jason who as always asks the guests for peace in the exception of returning guests, the booking manager Mr. Atlan who always speaks with a wide smile that really expands the heart!! Finally we met the chef who does everything he can to deliver a very delicious meal and in abundance, besides my understanding that he is responsible for all the restaurants of the hotel, straightforward power!!
