Very helpful & sociable staff. Hotel location is s great advantage to access shopping at Jaffa street, tram transport, the kotel is a walkable 20mins. Hospitality is second to none.

It’s was dirty and smelled. They don’t wash the bed sheets or have clean towels. We had a crazy neighbor threatening us in the hotel about noise when we ere walking back to our room.

Very basic, but only needed a clean place to sleep as we were leaving at 4 a.m.
Close enough to walk to the Old City.

Yoram is simply the best host at this hotel. Each time I visit Jerusalem, I always stay here and receive the best hospitality. It's like home away from home!
