⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding – A Truly Special 40th Wedding Anniversary
We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney, and what a truly unforgettable experience it was.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like VIPs. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went completely out of their way to make our special anniversary celebration memorable. We were given a beautiful room and were delighted with the thoughtful touches of chocolates and champagne waiting for us.
The kindness, attention to detail and genuine warmth shown to us made our 40th anniversary even more special. Nothing was too much trouble, and we truly felt that the staff wanted to make our celebration one to remember.
A huge thank you to everyone at the Gleneagle Hotel for making us feel so welcome and so special. Your wonderful hospitality and generosity will always be remembered.
We had the most amazing stay and cannot recommend the Gleneagle Hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like VIPs. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went completely out of their way to make our special anniversary celebration memorable. We were given a beautiful room and were delighted with the thoughtful touches of chocolates and champagne waiting for us.

Wonderful stay with outstanding food, spotless rooms, and true hospitality stars!
A wonderful hotel! Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I was highly impressed by the wide variety of facilities available throughout the complex.
During our stay, we visited OD’s restaurant twice for dinner and twice for breakfast. The food is absolutely incredible—the goat's cheese bruschetta and the corn ribs were outstanding, and every single dessert was stunning! Huge compliments to the kitchen team and the chefs.
What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service from a few standout members of the staff. First, the young lady with glasses (who wore a yellow scarf instead of a tie)—she was an absolute professional, incredibly polite, competent, and cooperative at both breakfast and dinner services. Massive respect for her work ethic! Also, a huge thank you to Amy and Malek; their big smiles and top-tier hospitality will be remembered for a long time.
On top of that, all the housekeeping ladies were exceptionally polite and thoroughly professional.
While we noticed a slight contrast on the restaurant floor—as some of the other staff members seemed a bit unsure of their roles—the dedication of the individuals mentioned above, combined with the excellent food and spotless room standards, made our experience great. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Poor customer service
A mistake was made on my part when making booking incorrect date on card
I received an e mail next day but I did not see until at the hotel was told we are full your problem same in email next day out of pocket for concert tickets booked and travel plus the disappointment of weekend away
I have since tried other sites putting in wrong expiration date and would not let me complete booking but there site sit let me know next day

An unforgettable birthday celebration
Just back from a fantastic 80th birthday trip to The Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
The staff were amazing from the moment we checked in right through to the waiting staff – everyone was so friendly, welcoming and professional. Our rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
We had an incredible dinner in Fiadh Restaurant before heading to the Ballroom for a brilliant night of dancing with Michael Collins and Louise Morrissey. The fun didn't stop there – we finished the night with more music and dancing in The Green Room until 1:30 a.m. There really is something for all ages when it comes to the entertainment.
It's almost unfair to single out one member of staff because everyone was excellent, but the singing waiter in Fiadh Restaurant (I forgot to get his name!) deserves a special mention for his powerful voice and an incredible rendition of Happy Birthday, which made our celebration even more memorable.
Thank you to everyone at The Gleneagle for making such a special occasion unforgettable. We'll definitely be back!
