Exceeded expectations!

Our stay at the Alex Hotel in Dublin exceeded our expectations! The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Our Ireland stay was a birthday trip for me given by my husband, and it was so great for both of us to feel so welcome and taken care of. The two times we stayed at the Alex, they surprised me with a hand-written note and strawberries dipped in chocolate! They also surprised us both times with an upgrade to our room. When another person gives you more than expected, you notice. I definitely recommend the Alex Hotel to anyone staying in Dublin.

The Alex Hotel and The staff at Carriage Restaurants!

The entire hotel is amazing, but what really made our experience the best was Amber from the Carriage Restaurant and bar. She was beyond helpful, kind and accommodating!!! Great experience!

My favorite place to stay in Dublin

Great location near Stephens Green and the Grand Canal. Incredibly friendly staff who remember you year after year. Room are always clean. Service is top knotch - I had Keydi keep my room perfect, stocked and ready all week.
