Best place to stay for a young family

We stayed in the dingle skellig for a family break this August, I couldn’t praise the management and staff more,
When we couldn’t eat in the restaurant as our baby was very upset they let us eat in the lounge and couldn’t do enough for us to make us more comfortable during our stay!
We used the complementary washer and dryers and kitchen facilities for our children’s clothes and baby meals and it just made life so much easier with three young children, (bring away from home) we will def be staying again soon x

A wonderful seaside hotel with a personal touch

The Dingle Skellig Hotel occupies a beautiful position on a promontory, about a ten-minute walk from the centre of Dingle. It has all the amenities of a resort hotel without feeling too formal or fussy.
The views across the bay are stunning, with cows grazing nearby and hidden-away reconstructions of a traditional tower and roundhouse to discover in the grounds. Our room was a little dated, but it was extremely well equipped and had a peek-a-boo view of the sea.
Breakfast was excellent, as were the meals we enjoyed in both the dining room and the bar. The service was exemplary, and the staff were wonderful. Members of management also made the effort to speak to us personally and check that everything was satisfactory.
Several weddings took place during our stay, but they did not disturb us at all. The hotel also has a great swimming pool.
This is a fantastic seaside resort hotel with a genuinely personal touch—an absolute gem!

Lovely hotel

What a lovely stay at the Skellig Hotel. I always stay at this hotel every year. Staff are very accommodating and professional. I love the view of the waterfront. The spa offers many services and staff are highly trained. The hotel restaurants serve delicious meals. All in all I look forward to returning to this hotel next year!

Family wedding

Absolutely brilliant hotel with beautiful food and excellent friendly staff.We had our son’s wedding there and it was amazing setting and a special thanks to Gavin our organiser who was brilliant for the weekend.

Had a family wedding here and honestly could not fault it in any way

Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us very friendly and helpful food was excellent would recommend a stay here
