Down to earth, very friendly staff, flexible as to ordering meals. Parking is available in yard to the rear of hotel. Clean and efficient.
Reasonable rates.
Fulsome meals.
Good location.

Rude, angry, unkind staff

There is a very rude, angry man behind bar. Also other barstaff were very rude and hostile. Drink was not nice either and not in the proper glass for it but price was of course outrageous

Worst Hotel Experience Ever !

Worst hotel experience ever, rude owners, unfriendly, calling names, not family friendly, Arts Festival haters.
We are international artists, based in Ireland (RTE, TG4) since 2003, conferred Honorary Doctorates by National University of Ireland for our artistic services delivered to all 32 Irish counties. We’ve been traveling all over the world and never, never ever we’ve experienced such a nasty treatment!!!

Look elsewhere

Very, very basic, small room. Have to walk through bar with suitcase to check in. The smell from the drains in the bathroom really, really headache-y bad. No drinking water in the room. Car park in a run down yard around the street corner. For the same price, you'll get a hotel with a swimming pool and professional service. Would not recommend, look elsewhere

Find somewhere else

This is very basic accommodation over a pub in the centre of Clonmel. Our room was clean but it was rather dark and depressing and appeared to have been furnished at the lowest possible cost.
At a cost of €150 for one night in a double room without breakfast was it was considerably overpriced. I would suggest trying anywhere else in Clonmel
