A gem in the countryside

This property is a little gem. It enjoys a great location for visiting Ubud, but stands out from other hotels for being typically Indonesian. You enter and the rooms are surrounded by greenery making you forget you are in one of the busiest streets. The garden is very nice, the rooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast is cooked to order and is all exquisite.
If you don't like big chains or anonymous hotels it is the right place for you.

the best hotel in Ubud we think...

the absolute best hotel on bali if you want a quiet night, in the middle of the city by monkey street, restaurants just outside the front, 24/7 open K Market nearby, the most lovely staff from the boss to the cleaning and always helpful..
beautiful and clean rooms with huge covered balcony, own entrance and clean swimming pool,we have been there several times and know everyone by name,
a hotel that enjoys Bali without being overgrown in interior etc..try it...

Nice souvenir of ubud and puri padi

Super small Balinese hotel, very charming, located in full ubud and yet very quiet. The staff is very kind and the massages very good. Cute room.

Bali - Ubud

Very well located quiet hotel yet direct access to the busy street cars scooters tourists very nice swimming pool among frangipani garden very well maintained
Surprising breakfast because covered glasses fruit juice powder you have to order everything a little patience the noodles pasta are excellent banana toast and surprise after discussion we managed to have fresh juices!!!

King bed there is access to the great meditation yoga center and other workshops
The hotel does not make restaurant but full around you can order and enjoy on the private terrace

Comfortable and Convenient Stay in Ubud

Our group had a generally pleasant stay at Puri Padi Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a nice balance of traditional decor with modern touches. The location was very convenient for exploring Ubud—close enough to the center but still quiet and peaceful.
The staff were consistently helpful and responsive, making check-in and any requests easy to handle. We appreciated their friendly attitude throughout our stay.
One minor issue: one person in my group experienced some early-morning noise from a neighboring room on two separate occasions. Fortunately, they were able to resolve it themselves, and no further disturbances occurred. Other than that, the hotel was calm and restful.
Breakfast options were decent with a mix of local and western choices, and the on-site pool area was a nice spot to unwind after sightseeing.
If you’re visiting Ubud and want a mid-range hotel that offers good value for money, Puri Padi is a solid choice. Pro tip: ask the staff for local recommendations—they were great at suggesting nearby restaurants and tours.
Overall, the hotel met our expectations and would be a comfortable base for your Ubud adventures.
