Indonesia tour

It is a cozy and small-scale resort.
It is in a beautiful area.
The staff is very committed to the customers.
Service is good.
That's how they surprised me on my birthday with bunting, a cake and singing.
The bungalow looked great.

Disappointed...

The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the rice fields, and the establishment is quite pretty. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the staff, who are neither friendly, nor smiling, nor welcoming.
2 hours after booking 2 rooms, we wished to withdraw for personal reasons... Being on-site and the booking being very recent, we nevertheless encountered a refusal to cancel
After 5 hotels in Indonesia where we always met adorable and warm people, the difference is really striking! Here, the 5-6 people we dealt with were all cold and unfriendly...
It is a shame, because the setting is really pleasant... But for this reason, we do not recommend this establishment

value stay

This was the first place I stayed when I arrived in Lombok. They arranged for an airport pickup which was very helpful. At arrival there was some misunderstanding on the pricing, on which I had booked through their website, but I realised it was just a website glitch and didn't wanted to penalise the hotel for that. The owner was friendly and came over to explain as well. The place I think was one of the best you will get in tetebatu at the moment. Location was spot on in midst of the paddy fields and mt ranjani view. Also has a nice swimming pool. The food and coffee was good too but basic. they also arrange for some tours with local guides and I experienced it.
The only con I can think of is the 1st floor rooms are a safety hazard as the stairs doesn't have railings and in the night if you are not vigilant, an accident is imminent. I think the management should do a safety survey on the property and close some of the loopholes. that will make it perfect

Unintended But never again.....

We would never have booked this, but our travel agency had booked a 5-star resort for us, which was still far from completion upon arrival—miraculously, the boss of the "construction site" still had two rooms for us at his second property, Fluhs Harmony.—one doesn't want to make any accusations....
Here, you can expect what two stars are worth:
The pool with a moldy edge, ant trails over the pool loungers and in the shower, moldy sun umbrellas, mildew stains on the seat cushions, right up to a dead rat on the terrace, and of course a power outage in the evening—everything is offered. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are generally out of luck here. Five to six times a day, there is the staggered, really loud sound of prayer chants from the mosques. One star for the really good and also plentiful food as well as the friendly staff.
We will never visit Lombok or this hotel again....

Just for one night

Very friendly welcome
Very Good Restaurant with Good Service
Very good breakfast
However, the rooms are very limited with no room to put your suitcase , a musty smell , moldy pillows and a defective air conditioning
I strongly advise against the rooms on the ground floor.. pity because the setting and pool are very nice
