You will want to extend your stay due to the kindness and amazing hospitality!

One of the true joys of staying here — a visit that extended from six to ten days — is the remarkable kindness and hospitality of the hotel.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Nestled within a forest and surrounded by nature, the setting feels peaceful and immersive. A nearby duck pond adds a charming touch, where you can quietly watch ducks bathing — a simple yet delightful experience.
The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was strong and reliable. Breakfast was consistent each morning, always served with a genuine smile.
What stood out most was the staff. I witnessed guests making repeated and sometimes demanding requests — extra butter, darker toast, more potatoes — often without courtesy. Yet the staff responded every time with grace, patience, and warmth, without the slightest hint of frustration. It was a quiet lesson in true, heartfelt kindness — something I found deeply inspiring.
I would also like to acknowledge the two managers, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the team’s attitude and professionalism.
The only reason for a 4/5 on location is accessibility — you will either need a scooter or rely on Grab. That said, the trade-off is the tranquility and natural beauty of the setting.

Below basic 3 star stay

We stayed in Nata Ubud 4 days/3 nights. The photographs of the place were much nicer than the reality. We stayed on the ground floor room, the decoration is old and the walls need fixing and repainting as they are bubbly from heat/damp. The bathroom is super old, very dirty due to this, there was a roach in the shower, the stone floor is not hygienic or nice to shower in, the taps were lose and hot water took time to come. The balcony doors are broken, even if you lock them they still slide about. The pool looked nice but it isn’t cleaned ever so we could not enjoy it. We did not like that we had to note what we wanted for breakfast the day before, and even when we did sometimes it was not correct.
The staff are very nice at this place and the owner needs to fix the above issues so staff don’t have to keep dealing with complaints

I recommend it.

Slept in a hotel for four nights. The room is located on the ground floor with access to the pool.
Nice spacious room with large sanitary knot. Shower and bathroom. All shower facilities were included, as well as slippers and bathrobes.
The hotel is located on the way to the rice terraces. It is stated that there is a good view of them from the hotel. High floors have better views of the terraces. These are lower category numbers. A very quiet and peaceful place. For relaxation.
Regular breakfasts, which you choose in advance from the menu. Lungs.
The location of the hotel is very convenient if you have a bike. But we sometimes walked to the central intersection in Ubud. Even at night, the only thing is better to have a flashlight. We brought a little one, but it might work on the phone.
The staff is responsive. If you ask, he'll arrange the rental of bikes. But cheaper themselves. About 50. I don't think it's fundamental. But you don't give bikes a choice. The ones that come and give away. It's not exactly what we were hoping for. Because we didn't come from our own, we agreed to the ones we brought.
Noise insulation is excellent then adjacent rooms. Rooms are scarce and that's good.
It wasn't the swimming pool just once. The pool is good for the area.
The hotel recommends, could have stayed a lot longer.

Been alone with nature.

Great hotel. Stayed here for three days. Then extended it by three more days. Very cozy, nice and clean rooms. The hotel staff are very pleasant and sympathetic guys. Anyway, I was very pleased! The advantages are the view and silence in the hotel.
