Comfortable and welcoming

Small accommodation structure (4 bedrooms) operated by the restaurant of the same name.
Large modern room (Langkawi) on the first floor with terrace and beautiful sea view. Air conditioning, WiFI, hot water (intermittent).
Comfortable bed. Storage space. Clean.
Large bathroom with open-air shower (shower head to be replaced).
Charming Welcoming, staff available.
Excellent breakfast to choose from many different options. The restaurant is worth a visit (see reviews).
Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the beach of Bira accessible directly by stairs. Use at high tide. The beach was clean during our stay.
A very nice place.
Essential means of transport (30 minutes walk from the village).
Highly recommended.

Avoid at all costs

Rather shabby hotel that tries to pass itself off as a luxury hotel... Dead bugs in the sheets, room that smells like cigarettes... They tell me they are going to clean, but I explain that since it is the curtains and the walls that are impregnated, nothing will change. They insist, so I let them do it while asking them not to cover it up with aerosol spray... Obviously, exactly the opposite happens. Impossible to sleep in a room with children. So we grouped together in a single room with a double bed for 5...

Advertising states deluxe room with garden view. A huge hole in the ground apparently was going to be a pool that never happened. Nowhere to sit in the room except for worn and dangerous swing chairs on the balcony. Dangerous access to the beach and for kids and older adults not accessible. Says private beach. More than half the items on the all day menu unavailable all day. For the high price I cannot recommend anything about the property or encourage anyone to stay
