Just a basic hotel

We stayed here for one day for our onward journey to Manali.
We reached around 8PM.
Pros - Cleaned hotel.
Woeking lift.
Fast check in.
Cons - Hot water was not available after check in. Receptionist told that its centralized and they provided hot water in morning only. Feel frustrated.
Proice is high as compared with the services and facility.

Long story short, avoid this place until further notice. The room was extremely dirty, stains and spots on the floor everywhere, ketchup on the table, dust, and stains all over the sink and mirror, hair on the sheets, a piece of metal laying next to the sink. Personnel is not rude but doesn't speak good English, overcharge for taxi, ask personal questions, send a clerk to clean in front of me instead of changing me to a cleaner room right away. The hotel seems relatively new, but super poorly maintained. I can see they had good intentions with the design but somehow the cheap materials and the poor hygiene ruins the hotel. Below any standards
