Terrible

Extremely disappointed with Aditya Nature Resort.
We booked 3 villas for 6 adults + 1 baby and the experience was shocking.
1. Cleanliness: 0/10. Bedsheets and towels had stains and were dirty.
2. Mattress: Like sleeping directly on springs. Zero comfort.
3. Washroom: Stinking and not cleaned properly.
4. Geyser: Kept ON all night but water was freezing cold. With a baby, hot water is a basic necessity.
Photos online show luxury, reality is completely opposite. Not recommended for families with kids/babies. Management needs urgent improvement on hygiene and maintenance.

This resort has lost its charm.

This resort has lost its charm. While the location is good they are over booked on peak days and their staff is overworked. Their staff does not talk in English and hence need to know local language to communicate. It was difficult to communicate and hence the service was slow and poor. The restaurant has limited food available and the quality of breakfast was bad. Rooms were shabby and need urgent repairs. Our ceiling fan was not working and we had to adjust with standing fan. Had to spend a lot of time to see a replacement room but all rooms were same.

Not worth living for free as well

I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful experience I had at your hotel. It was not just disappointing — it was the worst service I have ever endured, and I feel compelled to make my outrage clear.
• Breakfast Disaster: What you served cannot even be called breakfast. It was cold, tasteless, and insulting to paying guests. I would not feed such food to anyone, let alone expect it in a hotel.
• Life-Threatening Property Issues: The electric board kept tripping, creating a serious risk of fire or explosion. Broken doors, unsafe steps, and unhygienic conditions made the property dangerous and unacceptable for guests.
• Overall Stay: From the moment I checked in, everything was a nightmare. The lack of care, poor standards, and sheer negligence made me feel cheated, unsafe, and disrespected.
• Refund Scam: Mr. Felbin, the director of the property, admitted to these issues and promised a refund. However, despite his acknowledgment, no refund has been issued. This delay and failure to honor commitments clearly demonstrate the unacceptable attitude of ownership toward guests.
This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a complete failure of your responsibility as a hotel owner. Guests deserve respect, cleanliness, safety, and decent food. Instead, I was subjected to incompetence, indifference, and dishonesty.
I demand immediate corrective action and the full refund owed to me without further delay. If you do not take responsibility and improve your standards, I will ensure my experience is shared widely so others are warned never to stay at your establishment.

Overall average property requiring maintenance. Good location, access road was in a poor condition with potholes.
Extra mattress came without a bed with one of us sleeping at floor level on a very hard mattress. Only 1 bath towel provided despite 2 adults, 1 child in a room (this was provided on request). Breakfast was poor - limited choice. Bread was old and a slice had mould on it - we pointed it out to the staff. Instead of replacing it with a new batch, he said they receive it fresh every day. If this is the case they should check with their supplier!
