Excellent Accommodation & Service But Tour-Booking Service Is Extremely Poor

The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly/helpful and the room (JS) was a decent size. The restaurant offers very good options for evening vegetarian, non-alcoholic dining.
The breakfast choice is very limited and there is no option for eggs of any description. On no account should you use them to book any travel arrangements in advance - their service was woeful and totally failed to deliver after many days of being allowed "just another day or so". .
Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay with them.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. We stayed in a so-called 'Swiss cottage,' but the walls were so thin that we could hear everything—even when the neighbors used the toilet. Last night, we only managed to sleep for three hours because the people next door were incredibly noisy. I called reception twice, at 2:00 AM and 2:30 AM, but they did not solve the problem. In fact, it was difficult to communicate with them because they hardly spoke English. Additionally, the bathroom smelled of sewage, and the floors and carpets were dirty. They moved us to another room, but it was much the same. Some staff members were also very pushy for tips. While the actual room looked fine and the food was quite good, I overall do not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Stay

Very nice & clean property. A pleasant stay. Staff is very helpful. Food is very good. Centrally located. I recommend this while visiting Varanasi.

Great location however the hotel lacked maintenance & rooms need a thorough clean. Floors were sticky, towels stained & our rooms had a terrible smell. The breakfast was terrible. Some staff were helpful but I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
