enjoyed the stay
Have been visiting this hotel since past couple of years. The rooms are spacious and airy, comfortable bed and clean linen, the staff and management are good and helpful. Had food on some occasions and found it good. Overall a good place to stay in Varanasi.

Poor & Pathetic Experience at Haifa
Hotel Haifa is one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. I stayed here with my family and the hotel charged a whopping 2800 per day. Expecting that 2800 would mean proper services and hotel sanitation I was utterly disappointed to say the least.
Hotel Haifa is dirty, rooms are not maintained, flush doesn't work, switchboard is bad, hygiene issues and no room cleaning.
Do not stay at this hotel as it doesn't have even basic necessities necessary to stay here. You'll waste your money if you stay here and will be disappointed to the core.

Rude owner, poor service
Every review here regarding rude and arrogant owner behavior is true.To all, Better book some other hotel.
1.I booked master executive double room, and they allocated a different small room for my family. When i asked about it, they refused to change.pic of small room is attached
2. Children requires hot water for bath. There is no hot water coming in the bathroom.I constantly complaints for 2 days and guess,no hot water was provided. Rudely owner says we have boiler and solar water heater but hot water not needed for bath. Owner lied many times.
3. Reception room services not responsive many calls were not attended.
4. Such rude and toxic people running the hotel. We paid for the service and unfortunately we didnt get service. Only positive staff is pappu bhai, cleaning staff.

Value for money
Haifa at Assi ghat is a highly recommended accommodation for stay at Varanasi. The efficiency with which the hotel runs is value for money. Very high standard of hygiene, quick response by the reception & unlimited supply of RO filtered water makes the hotel a worthwhile stay. It’s 100 mtrs fromAssi ghat.
