Hotel is great, rooms are amazing and everything else is also value for money. Good service by Chura Mani at the restaurant and the atmosphere is also great

Disappointed
The staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi were very cooperative and professional. I have no complaints about their service—they did their best to make our stay comfortable.
However, the hotel itself was very disappointed The rooms were dirty and did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The minibar was completely empty, with nothing available. The bathroom was also very small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to use.

Good service
This is my first time at Hotel Hilton and varanasi , it's very peaceful and I enjoyed it a lot in varanasi, and rupa thank you for helping us to go at for sarees and for tourist place nearby at varanasi and street food is really good and Big thank you to the team restaurant for very nice service.
