Serene, pristine and surreal views - a perfect place to unwind.
We stayed at elysian vale for 3 days and i loved every bit of it!
Stay - we stayed in the tea valley cottage. Rooms were very spacious and the ambience was cozy and peaceful. The balcony view is THE BEST. It felt like a piece of heaven in front of me.
Food- the buffet spread was good. The food was quite tasty. The staff especially alna was very polite and showed genuine concern and they catered well to our requests. Best hospitality!
Amenities - liked the game room. The swimming pool was good. The swings places in between each property with the view of the whole valley was the cherry on the top for me.
Staff - the staff were some of the most polite and very helpful staff I have ever met! They catered to all our requests politely and they were very very kind through it all!
Anusha, sanjay and their entire team were very helpful! They also thanked us with a cake for staying with them!
Cons- laundry is not there, staff were courteous enough to arrange it outside, spa was mentioned in the website but not there - they said they are currently working on it.
This is a luxury stay and is priced accordingly. One cannot be in a tight budget and expect to stay here for a few days for the price of one.
There are activities inside the stay including a game room, swimming pool and all - I feel it would be a good getaway if you stayed inside the facility and relax rather than leaving early in the morning to explore the city and come back at night to sleep.
Hands down a property i would return to some day to unwind and relax with the stunning views and the serene sounds of birds!

The room was comfortable and well maintained, making my stay very enjoyable. The team took excellent care of all my needs and ensured everything was perfect throughout my visit. The views, both from the room and around the hotel, were absolutely breathtaking and truly one of the highlights of my stay. A Beautiful Resort with Outstanding Hospitality – Just Be Prepared for the Last 4.2 km Road
We visited Elysian Vale Resorts, Vagamon to celebrate my wife’s birthday on 23-07-2026. My wife is 7 months pregnant, and I had informed the resort about her pregnancy during the booking process. Since this is our last birthday celebration before our family grows from three to four, we wanted this trip to be truly special.
First of all, I would like to say that the resort, atmosphere, views, food, rooms, and overall hospitality are excellent. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to relax. The pricing is also very reasonable for the experience they provide.
The only concern is the last 4.2 km stretch of road from opposite Vagamon Residency Hotel to the resort. Before making the booking, I asked several times about the weather and road conditions because my wife is pregnant. Unfortunately, I was informed that everything was fine. However, after reaching there, we found that the final stretch is a rough off-road track with continuous bumps, almost like a roller coaster. This information should be clearly communicated to guests before booking.
I strongly recommend that the management inform guests in advance, especially pregnant women, senior citizens, and people with lower back pain, spinal issues, or other medical conditions, so they can plan their journey accordingly.
Having said that, the hospitality completely won our hearts.
A heartfelt thank you to Yadhu and Krishna from the Restaurant Team, Terran and Navaneeth from the Room Service Team, and Anush and Sanjay from the Front Office. Every one of them always welcomed us with a smiling face, were humble, courteous, kind, and always ready to help.
A very special appreciation to Ms. Anush. Despite the difficult terrain, she walked nearly 4.2 km downhill to assist us. That level of dedication and care is truly exceptional and deserves recognition. I sincerely appreciate the effort taken by Ms. Anush and the management to ensure our comfort. It is rare to find such genuine hospitality.
Ms. Anush, if you happen to read this review, thank you once again for your kindness and support. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I truly appreciate everything you did for our family.
Overall, I highly recommend Elysian Vale Resorts. If the management improves communication about the approach road, this place would easily deserve a 5-star rating. We look forward to visiting again.

Lovely place to stay
Had an exceptional stay at Elysian vale; the services provided met my expectations; The balcony view and the scenic beauty around the resort was breathtaking and surreal.. enjoyed activities like Nature walk arranged by them; The staffs especially Anusha, Alna, Ribin and Navaneeth were very friendly, hospitable and always made sure we were comfortable; Loved the experience and stay!
