Above expectations
Hotel is situated just in heart of city & very close to main bus stop of udaipur which is plus advantage , Hotel is neat and clean except then lilyen and bed sheets which were changed after my request , again that was ok as quality of washing was poor and have some small spots upon bed sheets and bath towels, but staff was helpful, must praise to their chef who prepared chana masala & paneer bhurji, food was really delicious, every thing was perfect from checkin to checkout, especially thanks to Mr Dikshant (F O), who was really helpful and professional, asks many times to us that if needs any assistance or how is going our stay, perhaps thanks to whole team of Hotel

Nice stay but far from City lakes
Hotel is very near to station & bus stand but far from main attraction of city likes Fateh sagar lakes & city palace, rooms were good & spacious however there was issue with hot water. Food was OK however there are lot of option available in nearby area & hotel do not have dedicated parking facility.

Near ISBT
We had booked the hotel online. The hotel is located in udaipole which is near to ISBT and railway station so easily approachable. Hotel does not have dedicated parking but there is free parking available nearby. Service of staff was good and rooms were clean. The flush of toilet was not properly working. The food was ok but I would prefer to eat outside as the market near to the hotel has many food joints which serve amazing and cheap food. Please check price on different websites before booking this hotel and book from the cheaper one. If you are looking for the hotel near to different lakes in the city then this hotel is not advisable.

Pathetic service and very dirty
I had 3 rooms booking in the hotel for 1 night i.e 20th Aug. I arrived early at 830 am and was provided with one room on the condition that I leave the room at the same time to which I had no problem. 2 other rooms guest came at 1030 and they were provided with one room. There was no electricity when we arrived and had to climb 4 floors to reach our room. If you have an elderly with you forget that they will climb 4th floor cause of electricity cut. Some things that we noticed.
ROOMS: The first room provided had the ceiling leaking. The water of the air conditioner was dropping through the ceiling and the linen was so dirty that we had to get it changed and the second linen was also not acceptable. Towels were very dirty and 2 other rooms we had to ask 8 times to get a small soap.
FOOD AND SERVICE: We ordered tea which was delivered in 30 mins. Services here is pathetic and it normally takes 45 mins on average to bring any food. We faced this reality during breakfast and lunch. Dinner was a big NO after 2 such experiences. Later we were told that the buffet would be served after 8am in the hotel and we checkout and came at 830am to find no breakfast. Food was ordered and then it took some more time.
LOCATION : No doubt that the hotel is located near the bus stand and the railway station but if you are looking for any kind of a window view just forget it either you shall see the walls or the bus stand.
To conclude I will just say that I dont know how the hotel got this rating? If you can compromise with any good service and cleanliness this is a good choice. Thanks, fellow travellers for reading such a big review and happy travelling.

EXCELLENT and beyond expectation
our stay was from 22 june for 4 days and to the best of my surprise ( being in hotel industry for nearly 20 years) found this place a quaint and pro .
from the owner Mr VIKAS who was in constant touch with us from the time we booked..to the manager Mr Rajender singh , every one gave me and my family an tremendous response and a gesture to suffice our needs.
prompt service, elegant room , scrumptious breakfast and above all the satisfaction one need on the vacation.
private parking was available .I would highly recommend the hotel and with an eye shut booking for families .
THANKS VIKAS for upgrading us in a family room...we really enjoyed our stay and definitely returning back ...
