They have enden up the tie-up with oyo and make my trip

I booked through online and made payment also. As i was about to check in, the receptionist was rude and he said he cant let me in cos i booked through online and if I pay them cash they would let me in. the board outside is still OYO 9797. then i had a lengthy talk with the customer-care of Oyo/Makemytrip, and finally they arranged me another hotel nearby.
To the management of the hotel Vee B, customer is the king of any business, first learn how to talk politely. and customers who come to visit your hotel has also seen many other standard hotels, pls note your this is not only the hotel over there and because of this attitude only you people are sitting there flying away flies.

Poor cleanliness

The sheets and the floor were not clean, I found lots of body hairs on both. Requested room change due to that and same story in the next room also - lots of hairs on both sheets and floor. At the time of checkout, I was also asked by the staff there to open oyo app, click 5 stars on feedback and submit! Few pros - lift access and walkable distance to vegetarian hotels.

Terrible Hotel

Absolutely awful. Was greeted by 2 very rude staff. When we had told them we had a booking we had a mobile phone shoved in our face and was told to "speak to manager". The manger simply said "no room" even though our booking had been confirmed via booking.com. There was no apology or suggestion on where we could stay for the night. The staff just went back to playing games on there mobile phones. I can't comment on the rooms but the reception area was very shabby, and the corridors dingy and dirty. I went down to the dining room to use the bathroom and it looked like guests were made to eat in the cellar, it was very grubby and a depressing space, I can't believe they make people eat breakfast in there. In the end I think it was for the best that we couldn't stay there as it's not a place I would want to spend any time in.
