Stay at Hotel Hycinth.

In the first week of August 2026, we stayed at Hotel Hycinth and we had an amazing experience. Firstly, I must mention that Ms.Wimona, the Concierge, is one of the BEST hotel staffs I have met amongst all the hotels we have stayed, both in India and abroad. All the staff were very courteous and the warmth was was palpable as you enter the premises. Next time if we plan a stay in Trivandrum,we don't have to look for another hotel.

Outstanding guest relations

Although I visited the hotel only to dine at its restaurant, I felt compelled to acknowledge the exceptional courtesy extended to me by Ms Winona, the Guest Relations Manager.
Her pleasing manners, warmth, and professionalism left a lasting impression. She was gracious, attentive, and guided me with genuine care, making the entire experience seamless and welcoming. It is rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such natural courtesy.
People like Ms Winona define true hospitality. She is undoubtedly a great asset to the hotel, and I extend my sincere appreciation for the kindness and attention she showed me. Thank you for making what was simply a meal into a memorable experience.
