One of the best resorts in Hyderabad

Just returned from Button Eyes Resort in Moinabad, and it was the perfect escape. Surrounded by greenery, it’s peaceful yet has all the comforts you’d want. I stayed in the Dahlia villa, it was cozy, private, and came with a lovely private pool, patio, and gazebo. The space was clean, quiet, and ideal for a relaxed getaway. Whether you’re looking for a solo break or time with family or friends, this place has something for everyone.

Cosy Cocoon with the cutest name! Button Eyes!

The privacy and the venue's pet friendliness...these two factors trumped everything else. We were attracted to the name of the resort...Button Eyes! Most appropriate for a pet welcoming home away from home. Our sense of ease was heightened by how open and responsive the owner of the resort, Mr Shahbaz was to our endless queries! He even paid us a visit at our luxury cottage, asking over our welfare and instructing the staff to step up for us. We swam, went for an early morning walk and our Beagle had the run of the place. This is a cosy and hospitable spot for any family to hear themselves speak and just be. Thank you Button Eyes!

Poor quality

Had very very bad experience...We had taken standard villa ..When we went rooms were stinking,floor was dirty we had to make them clean in front of us,bathrooms were soo dirty and sticky that we were scared to use it thinking we might slip...noting is well maintained,there is no proper drainage,water gets accumulated everywhere in the bathroom making it very slippery..Not at all recommended for senior citizens...Worst was that midnight water got over and we were without water right up till 8am morning ,....my entire family had to suffer alot...there is no way u can contact them at night as there are no intercom in any of the rooms and no reception area in the entire resort.....jst one care taker,3 helpers and one cook...n they all go to sleep early.Food also is not very great...no good taste..and soo expensive...they even charge for a slice of onion....dirty kitchen, with rats running around...Water also is charged ... Resort won't provide free drinking water...when asked owner asked me to carry my own water.but they allow u to refill frm the dispenser which is available at the dining area..Not at all worth for the price...can never recommend this resort to anyone...

Avoid

If you guys want to experience a Ghost House stay, I would highly recommend this resort. The entertaining featured are
1. Whole resort will be empty and you will be left all alone in this resort. You won't even see a human being near this area whole night. No transportation facilities if something goes wrong at night. No UBER and autos comes to this place.
2. This is the only resort who asks you for payment in full before even checkin, otherwise they will cancel the booking. They clearly knows if you didn't paid in advance, you will run away seeing the resort. By paying amount, you are forced to stay there.
3. No zomato or outside food available. You are forced to eat the food cooked by the resort supeviisor, because that's the only option available. And if you see the kitchen facilities, it's worse than a street food facility.
4. I have send pictures of cockraches and insects in my bed to the owner Mr Shahbaz and he was so casual about it. Told.Will look into it.
Guys, please avoid this resort and you can thank me later for this.

Tranquil stay to unwind and relax

Button eyes resort is the ideal place to stay if u r looking for a staycation away from the noisy and polluted city at a pocket-friendly price but with 5-star amenities. Generally, when we see the pics of resorts online and u visit the place both look entirely different but what u see is what u get a Button eyes the pool is super clean, the rooms are clean especially important during covid times. The food served is yummy and made to your taste by Vinod and comes neatly served where ever u want in the room or at the restaurant. The staff is very respectful of your privacy does not disturb you for anything unless you call for them that is a blessing when u really don't want to be disturbed by anyone. Vinod cooks some really amazing Chinese at a good price. Love to go again to enjoy peace and tranquillity.
