10 out of 5 stars
A huge thank you to Abhijeet, Jai, Nirjoy, Bhakti, Ashwita, Rohit, and all the wonderful naturalists for their incredible knowledge, warm hospitality, welcoming nature, patience, cooperation, and problem-solving attitude. Their passion for wildlife and nature made every activity special.
The cottages were clean, comfortable, and beautifully rustic, the food was excellent, and we were impressed by how well mosquito management was handled despite being deep in nature during peak monsoon.
The highlight was undoubtedly the wildlife experiences. During our night safari, we spotted a civet, snakes, owls, glowing scorpions, a tarantula, jackals, spotted deer, and more. The night walking trail felt magical with fireflies, glowing fungi, multiple frog species, a pink crab, and countless other tiny wonders of the forest.
The constant rain never dampened our spirits — or those of the amazing team, whose enthusiasm remained infectious throughout.
Nature's Nest is not just a place to stay; it's a place to experience, learn, and reconnect with nature. We arrived as guests and left with memories that will stay with us forever.
Highly recommended for families, children, wildlife enthusiasts, and anyone wanting to experience the wild side of Goa.

A Nature Retreat with a Heart
The room was rustic, clean, and the AC worked wonderfully despite the Goa heat. A special mention to Suraj and his kitchen team for serving delicious, homely local food and providing excellent service throughout our stay.
A huge shout-out to Jay and Prasad for making the experience so adventurous and memorable. Jay's storytelling, combined with the fantastic night safari, created memories we'll cherish for a long time.
I highly recommend this experience for every child. In a world dominated by screens, spending time in such a rustic, nature-filled environment is truly special. Most importantly, trust the staff - they are the heart and soul of this property and what makes the experience so exceptional. You won't regret it!

Awesome it is
Staying at Natures Nest Goa was a truly enriching experience — an ideal blend of comfort, wilderness, and a genuine passion for nature.
The resort offers a completely different kind of jungle experience. It’s modern only where needed — simple, sustainable, and deeply connected to the forest around it.
The food is another highlight. Meals are simple, filled with authentic Goan flavors — light, wholesome, and easy on the stomach.
The cottages are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, yet retain their rustic charm. Being in the jungle, frequent insect visitors are expected — part of the authentic experience!
The team of naturalists deserves special mention. They’re genuinely enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about what they do — and it shows in every interaction. I was lucky to connect with Rohit and Raghu during planning, and later with Jay, Bhakti, Abhijeet, and Mirjoy on-site — each made the stay and activities more insightful and enjoyable.
Activity planning is flexible, with something for everyone. I began with the night trail, where Raghu shared fascinating insights about nocturnal jungle life. We spotted sleeping birds, bioluminescent fungi, butterflies, and even the rare pink tree crab. Though we missed the Malabar gliding frog, the trail was unforgettable.
The birding session was a paradise for nature lovers. Despite a spell of rain, we spotted around 30 bird species, including hornbills, sunbirds, kingfishers, Malabar Trogon, bee-eaters, and woodpeckers. Raghu’s knowledge made it an inspiring session.
The night safari was another highlight — two thrilling hours in an open jeep with Jay, spotting crocodiles, bisons, nightjars, a jackal, and even a wall glowing with scorpions under UV light. That surreal cyan glow was something I’ll never forget!
Bhakti later guided us on the plantation tour, introducing the rich diversity of plants thriving within the property — a perfect conclusion to an immersive nature retreat.
A thoughtful touch — the team even packs breakfast for early morning activities, whether organized by the guest or the resort. So considerate!
Nature’s Nest Goa isn’t just a resort; it’s an experience that reconnects you with nature in its purest form. I’m already eager to visit again for more exploration and discovery.

Family from Denmark
Exceptional Staff & Expert Guides
What truly sets this place apart is the staff’s extreme kindness and the guides' incredible dedication. The guides possess a deep insight into the local nature and were incredibly helpful, making sure the entire family felt safe and engaged.
The Absolute Highlights
While we enjoyed everything, two experiences stood out as the "big hits":
The Night Safari: This was a massive success! We saw a wide variety of critters, rare monkeys, and owls. The thrill of exploring the jungle at night was unforgettable for the kids.
Dudhsagar Waterfall: Their proactive planning made all the difference. The staff had pre-purchased our tickets, ensuring we were the very first to arrive. This allowed us to enjoy the waterfall in peace before the massive crowds (upwards of 500 people) arrived.
A Wealth of Activities
Besides the highlights, we also enjoyed several other well-organized activities:
A fascinating visit to a beautiful local temple.
An educational guided tour of their own spice plantation.
A lovely sunset trip and a fun mini-cooking class.
Atmosphere & Personalized Dining
The atmosphere at the hotel and restaurant is wonderful. The food was delicious, authentic, locally prepared Indian cuisine. We were particularly impressed by how attentive they were to our youngest child, who isn't very fond of Indian food; they went out of their way to prepare special meals just for her.
Conclusion
Nature's Nest offers the perfect combination of adventure, education, and heartfelt hospitality. If you want a stay in Goa where you are surrounded by beautiful nature and treated like family, we highly recommend this place!
