Very well maintained rooms and tasty food

The rooms were very neat, clean and well maintained. The food served was also very tasty and the room service was very prompt and helpful.. Overall a very good place to stay at suratgarh.. The best ive seen in comparison with other hotels

Extremely bad ...never recommended

It is just an overrated restaurant with very rude staff and poor service...don't waste your money ...there are many other restaurants in the town which provide quality food with great service. Completely unprofessional staff. Even owner is also ill mannered.

Very very bad... Don't ever visit

Very very bad experience... I visited with family... Around 15-20 people... First they didn't serve us water at all... Then started fighting with us as we demanded regular RO water... We even approached owner... He was worst... He pulled my hand and tried to hurt me... I literally have to leave the restaurant in middle along with my family... Worst service... Worst food... Extremely overpriced.. Never recommended... Golden Inn is much better place in Suratgarh for Fine dining.

New Property by a New Entrepreuneur

The Hotel is located in a narrow lane opposite the Railway Station. It is difficult to access the hotel and only a makeshift parking is arranged by the owner next to his residence astride the hotel. Only the restaurant and few rooms are operational. The second floor consists of the rooms that are neat and well furnished with basic amenities like AC, TV, WiFi and WC in bathroom. The restaurant in the ground floor caters for the guests and is supposedly the best in town for Pizza's. The service was cordial save for the fact that the restaurant gets activated only by 8 am and if one has the habit of having a morning cuppa will get disappointed as I did. After ordering my bed tea to be served at 6 am, I kept on ringing the reception in vain hoping someone would pick it up and tell me what happened to the tea. Next best thing was to go on a morning walk and have tea at the dhabas next to the Railway station, which I did. Given the enthusiasm of the owner and his son Manav and their willingness to improve the services, I rate the hotel very good.
