New Good Hotel
This is a newly constructed hotel and hence looks good. Very nice service by the staff. Restaurant is not available which is only the setback. Price is moderate. Hotel room is spacious enough according to it's cost. TV, wifi, AC, hot water, fan, chair available. It was a pleasure to stay.

Extremely poor customer service. No responsibility or ownership displayed
OYO is selling off rooms at a low rate and we were refused rooms after a 6 hrs travel with children and a senior citizen. No action was taken from the management to rectify this glich from OYO inspite of being well aware of the issue. Customer had been refused rooms in the past (As confirmed by one of their own staff's). They were waiting for us to go by not reacting. We were trying desperately to reach the OYO customer service (lousy OYO customer service) but were kept on hold. This should have been the hotel staffs job which we were doing. We had 3 children (12, 8 and 3) with us and 1 Senior citizen. It was a 2 days and 1 night trip where half a day was spent arguing with the staff of the hotel. No work around except for refund was being given. We were in a soup as we had nowhere to go. We finally fought our way and managed to get the rooms. That happened only when the staff was threatened with a video shooting. Not to forget it was my sister's bday. we planned to cut a cake, rest and go for my cousin's wedding all fresh. This did not happen. Thanks to the staff. Do not book your rooms here as the inefficient staff does not call or confirm the stay and the amount. They surprise you only once you reach there. Utterly disappointed. Got the rooms but what about the time and the mental and physical harassment for all 10 of us?

Fantastic peaceful stay
This hotel is located almost in the heart of the city. I had been there on my business visit. I had booked 3 rooms for me and my associates. The room was quite good. The AC was quiet and efficient.The basic infrastructure including wifi were all working properly. Nice and peaceful stay we had, thank you Pacifin Inn
