Rule based Hotel, 2 star
Owner of hotel wants to save cost so here are simple rules for all guests.
#Hot water from 7am or 7pm for 3 hours in the day.#current from 6pm onwards using generator else stay in dark.
#Outside food not allowed in hotel.
Staff is polite, willing to listen but follow rules is enforced. In one of our rooms rat was roaming around, assuming it was ground floor. As per Google, it's a 3-$tar hotel which is inaccurate in our opinion.

Best hotel @Srinagar
Good place to stay. Rooms are big and really nice. They didn’t provide any extra heater but bed heater was enough. Staff’s are very polite and friendly. If anyone is staying then have food here. Food is really good
