Had a wonderful Staycation♥️

I recently visited Freesia by Express Inn on Ghodbandar Road for a staycation and was genuinely pleased with my overall experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, with smooth check-in and check-out processes that made my stay hassle-free.
However, I was quite disappointed with the food. I ordered dal khichdi for lunch, which was just okay. The Bombay masala pizza was a major letdown—it seemed like pav bhaji was placed on top of the pizza, and it was undercooked. The Kanda Bhaji was nice, but dinner was again disappointing with tasteless dahi chawal served without even a tadka. The Schezwan rice did not meet expectations either.
As for the drinks, the LIIT was too mild, with more coke than alcohol, and the guava mocktail was just okay.
While the accommodation and service aspects were impressive, the food needs significant improvement. I genuinely request Freesia to focus on enhancing their culinary offerings to match the high standards of their hospitality services.

I got woken up twice 1st time by Front Desk and 2nd time by housekeeping asking me if I had ordered anything? I advised them politely to check the room number on the others that they call me for. No amenities for foreigners. Basically paid for bed only

The hotel staff are very good. Numerous eateries and a bar within the same complex.
The Wi-Fi was non existent whether in the room or the reception.
Heavy road works on the highway outside.

My favourite hotel experience in Nashik

Amazing experience staying in this lovely hotel!!! The property is gorgeous and the service is even better! you can find all amenities possible here. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. The food is great and their lounges are beautiful too! I especially enjoyed the pool and the spa. 10/10, would recommend ☺️
