Excellent Hospitality and Trustworthy Staff

Visited this hotel with office friends while traveling for a wedding, and we had a very pleasant experience. The staff was polite, supportive, and made our stay comfortable throughout our stay.
What impressed me the most was their honesty and professionalism. Around 2 hours after checking out, I realized that I had forgotten my gold kada in the room. When we informed the hotel staff, they immediately checked and confirmed that they had found it safely. They returned it to me without any hassle, which was a truly kind and trustworthy gesture.
Really thankful to the entire team for their excellent hospitality and genuine honesty. Highly recommended!

Pathetic hotel and pathetic staff. Poor management

Pathetic rooms, uncleaned unhygienic rooms, AC charges have been charged without even AC being functioning despite several complaints. Front desk officers are very rude and unsupportive. Even at the breakfast we took extra vada Pav for kids bcoz we were supposed to travel immediately after breakfast. And the hotel management charged us for even a vada Pav. Only one bottle of mineral water when u arrive. For rest number of days it’s everyday chargeable. Fridge in the room not functioning, WiFi constantly gets disconnected, washroom seems to be very old and untidy, uncleaned. Pls DO NOT visit this place ever. Try some other hotel. Thanks !!

Very Decent Hotel

Icon Inn is a good hotel for short stays, located in Sangli's center Vishrambaug, to be honest, I didn't find any fault, the rooms are big and clean, the bathroom is equally big, clean, along with standard toiletries they provide dental and shaving kit too, breakfast is pretty decent too, I had a nice stay

Location is very Good , Hotel Facade looks good , but dull lit including lobby is dull lit ...managment can make this hotel a very good one i do not see their intention ...staff are polite but lacks training ..the front desk they will give you packed water while check in , I stayed for 2 nights but I checked in once so was entitle to only one free bottel of water , later after due persuvation they obliged me with another water bottel ....a very basic breakfast ..u will have to ask everything to house keeping only then they will oblige , luckily they provide a towel without asking ...other hotel options around could be tried ...

Walk inn

If you are walk in customer. Rack rate is exarbitantly high considering quality of room. Room interior is old. Need refurbishment. Need to change facets and wc. These are old type. Over all very much average hote.
