Nightmare resort and Devil Agoda...

We are group of 5 and booked via Agoda (yet another horrible mistake) ...we have got mail confirmation for a "Double room with Mountain View" worth near 4000 rs...In spite all the evidence of SMS/Mail etc., after reaching the site by 8pm in the night where NO mobile was working due to very poor network...people at reception was so arrogant and says we didn't receive any such booking neither on your name nor from Agoda..
Going for a trip is only to get relax...but if we choose with Agoda then it would be a nightmare...Becoz, a site without network coverage and people ask us to register complaint to Agoda ..somehow we did show...but we are left unasked and simply Agoda have cancelled the booking and flashed a msg that your query is resolved...that's an awesome moment know....if you really want to enjoy your trip..then pls don't book via Agoda and never think about GV resort in Yercaurd...

Worst experience this resort

놘 – Never never never stay in this property⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
1. The property is far from the Centre. So you can't buy anything incase of emergency.
2. The Staffs were so rude.
3. No front office to receive the guest. Some unprofessional and untrained staffs will receive you at the entrance gate and They were disgusting people
4. The beds and pillows provided were stingy
5. No regular electricity supply and water supply
6. No kitchen as mentioned in the property description
7. The water smelled like rotten carcass of rat
8. No emergency vehicles available in the property.
When we complained about all the above issues, noone responded properly. The staffs in entrance gate don't care about the guest's complaints. If you get upset because of the above mentioned issues, they will get angry and argue with you like fish market. When we asked the entrance gate housekeeping lady and the rude male staff about all the issue, they said that "they are just workers. So they can't fix any issues in the hotel".
JUST TO SAVE FEW HUNDREDS, DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. THIS PROPERTY WILL MAKE YOUR VACATION HELL⚠️⚠️⚠️

Worst service

WORST Service.. If v write review like this owner ll come and say v r telling Lie and v have not booked.. V booked directly by phone call...They received 10000 for 2 rooms. But if v book via online it is Rs 1500 per room only.. I don't know y they receiving more amt.And keen in confirming the amount received to them...But Tv was not working in one room V informed many times but they didn't care at all...
