TRIP FOR MY OFFICIAL EXAM

Hotel was good and staff was also responsive. I had come here for my official exam in the month of june. It is very near to railway station. I am female and It was secure and comfortable too.I ENJOYED THE STAY.......THANKS

Extremely poor and bad experience

Very bad stay. No cleanliness and hiegine. Totally disappointed from the atomsphere. It is no value for money. The staff is no cooperative in any manor and dont want to listen to solve the problems which we told them. would never recommend it to anyone. i totally disappointed for the quality.

Not again

Only night stay and some experience sharing with you.
Staff forgets to make room.
Staff forgets to clean bath room.
Food is good for vomit.
Centrally located but no use if not clean. Many other good options are available at near MG Road must try there and look for other properties

NOT GOOD

stayed for one night but found that was my mistake to select this hotel. bed sheets had holes and hair. bath room had many things foul inside ( not to write) . they did not had paper napkins in hotel . no drinking water. after check out.. i felt good in outer air.

Not so good experience

Visited Pune at Cristmas time, I must say the experience at the hotel was not so good. Although the arrangements at the hotel are OK, the the behavior of staff was not not good at all. Being a budget hotel, rooms, beds etc were good, but facilities promised were not delivered. Overall an average hotel; can't suggest for a family stay.
