Best hotel

The hotel has very beautiful interior one can get impressed by it looks. The hotel room are spacious and clean with well decorated. The bathroom was clean and have modern facility. The food of its restaurant is very nice. The staff member were good with room service. The hotel has WiFi also with good conductivity. One will enjoy staying in this hotel with best service at the price

Nastiest Hotel

Nastiest hotel I ever stayed.
We checked in late at 9.30 pm IST. Hardly any attendant was there to help.
All the linens were dirty and aparently used. After lot of arguments, they replaced only one blanket cover, that too with another dirty one.
Room was equally nasty, full of dirts.
Asked to serve hot drinking water, they gave one electric kettle with broken lid.
They have no dining room, but have a kitchen. Ordered food....not at all tasty. As per their menu card, we ordered one 'Chicken Stew', they served a hot & thick chicken curry.
Budget hotel, not value for money, not at all fit for stay with family.

A truly praiseworthy hotel

This was the best hotel we ever visited in patna,the location of the hotel perfect for business as well as tourism, our room was spacious ,colourful, comfortable and truly delighting, it was perhaps the best of the lot in hotel to given to us

Decent place for solo business trip

Stayed for two days. The room size is very small but the hotel is located at a very convenient location. Family run hotel, do not expect services rendered at 3 star hotels. No buffet breakfast, need to have breakfast as decided by the hotel for the day. Of course can expect delicious North Indian breakfast. Not many star hotels in Patna, but the decent ones are pretty expensive for the location. Ideal place for solo business/personal visit but not for family stay.

Decent Budget Stay

Located centrally, Olive Suites is a budget property. The rooms were good. Bed quality and floor cleanliness was ok. The breakfast was a disappointment. There is no buffet and for each day they have a different menu to be served in the room. So you don't really have a choice here. For my stay it was puri and alu masala. It was unbearably oily and spicy. Also they took a long time to serve it. Good properties remind of complimentary breakfast. Here you have to call to get the breakfast and they give it at their own pace. Another issue here are the room walls. You can easily hear people from adjacent room!!! The reception staff are good and courteous. For the price they charge, I guess it was value for money. But there is scope for improvement.
