If anyone's in Patiala, I'd advise only this hotel. 10 out of 10

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, good courteous staff, cleaning, clean linen and also a towel changed every day does not even need to be asked. There's a restaurant downstairs, a wonderful chef, a varied menu. Advise 10 out of 10

Only one word DISGUSTING

Most disgusting and pathetic hotel we’ve ever stayed in our life. Family of three checked in late night, room charged 8500 for a AC room with no aircon working and on top of that the GSA said that there will be no refund, do whatever you want to do. A total ripoff, they charged us 3 times the rate from the published rates on other OTA’s. Don’t trust them, they’re are the most unethical people we’ve dealt with. Such a shame to the management, no manager was available to comment or apologize. AVOID THIS GARBAGE DUMP HOTEL!!!

Worst hotel to stay at.no Internet during our stay. Front office manager Pradeep Kumar was rude and aggressive. ………………..

Worst hotel to go.
Front office Manager Pradeep Kumar was rude. Rooms are dirty. When we brought this to his notice he became aggressive. We told him we booked the hotel looking at the pictures. He said they have one room set up for pictures and all hotels do this

Quiet nice hotel

We stayed here for a function although marriage function was in other hotel. A nice hotel with plenty space for parking in front. Rooms big with all amenities. No noise disturbance. Bathroom big with toiletries, hair dryer. Staff courteous friendly. Smooth check in.
