Clean and quiet place to relax

Clean and simple huts
friendly staff
fan can be downregulated, so not lout at night
quiet location, because 50 m away from the beach with all its bars and restaurants
attached restaurant with good food and nice drinks
very good wifi, also in the huts
beach in short walking distance, also this side of the Palolem beach is nicer
huts have everything you need, including mosquito net
spacious area with lots of shadow because of trees

avoid

one of the worst experience ever i got. to reach you have to walk through a garbage . and the hotel rooms looks good in photos only. very unclean. i think the fellows never changes the bed sheets also. very unclean place. and very local setting.even the door of the rooms are not so strong. if some one pushes hardly it will open. i recommend never go this place . my daughter got full swing dust allergy from there.

Avoid

Location is rubbish; you have to walk through a farm, a burning pit / graveyard (not sure which one is was) and an old well. It is not far from the beach however, for the same price you could be on the beach. No restaurant and no club house. The bathroom which is practically a wet room attracted all sorts of creepy crawlies. Stay in Blue or Oxygen instead. Wifi doesn't work. No one present during the stay until it was time to leave and they needed to be paid. The room itself was ok, clean with functioning air con however, it is most definitely overpriced.

Y a pire

Deux sorte de logements, choisissez le chalet premier avec climatisation. Vous trouverez une cabane faite de planches et de clous, vous passerez entre les poubelles pour aller à la plage, vous cohabiterez avec cafards et grenouilles, les portes ferment à peine, il y a de l'espace être les fenêtres et les murs, les éléments de la salle de bain ne sont pas bien fixés. ..etc
OUI MAIS...
Eau chaude, climatisation, rideaux aux fenêtres, wifi, terrasse, calme total, à 50 mètres de la plage.
Pour 1 500 Rps la nuit après négociation, c'est pas si mal.
Au moins vous êtes en retrait de l'agitation nocturne du spot.
Par contre prenez vos sacs à viande, pas de drap fourni.

En pleine nature

Points positifs
Tres proche de la plage (2 min a pied) mais assez loin pour avoir du calme
L'eau chaude fonctionne !
Chalet au milieu de la nature (dommage qu'il y ait beaucoup de déchets)
Points negatifs
Impossible de payer en cb
Dans la salle de bain (nous étions en chalet premium) tout semble tomber (lavabo, chasse d'eau)
Bruits des corbeaux , pensez aux boules quies
Moustiques , pensez à la bombe
L'hotel devrait mettre des moustiquaires
Conseil : demander a l'hotel un taxi qui viendra vous chercher sinon vous risquez de le chercher longtemps!
