Wonderful stay

I recently stayed at Crystal Goa in Palolem and had an overall fantastic experience. The reception staff was attentive and ensured a smooth check-in process, even reminding us of our arrival and booking details. The rooms were immaculate with superb bathroom amenities, and the television quality exceeded that of many four-star hotels. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable Stay.

Terrible.

It's just a bottom. Noisy, dirty, ants and it's not clear what's coming out of the toilet yet... How do I know this rating on booking... The balcony door doesn't close, which in theory anyone can get to. No safe, livestock, mold in the bathroom... It's not my first year in Asia, but for that price tag... Here's an Easter - stay at Putnham in the same hotel grid - Crystal goa emerald edition. Awesome clean hotel with pool. Walk 20 minutes to Palolem, or tuk tuk, which stops right outside the hotel 150 rupees just for free.

Perfect stay

We had the best stay. This hotel was so close to the beach and restaurants. I could not thank Mansi enough such a genuinely kind lady and nothing was too much trouble. This is 100% somewhere I would stay again. Thank you for making our stay perfect. See you again next year
