Hotel is well located near Railway station and sindhi camp bus stand. This is the best usp of this property . I got a very good deal price thats why i booked it. Room amenities were really very good , swimming pool on terrace , enjoyed drinks poolside . Checkin was smooth , early checkin was not possible for me as rooms were not available . Had dinner at hotel . Food quality was good. one flute player was also there .. he was very good at his job , he was playing melodious voice

Worst experience/ Fraud

One of the worst experience of my life with this hotel, I booked this hotel through Goibibo for check in 7th December and check out 8th December and when i reached hotel they said they charge 1500Rs for their one room and I paid online less amount via Goibibo so they didn't let me check in after that I raised a complaint to Goibibo and they took 1.5 hours to resolve my issues, Complaint Details:- we have registered your service request under Hotels - Check-in Issue - Hotel Charging Higher Tariff. Your service request id is 25871400.
When I reached again at hotel after 2 hour and I told them I didn't liked their behavior and customer handling at all and I'll put a negative review after my stay so they didn't let me check in when I filled my details on their rigester then didn't let me check in and used abusive language and they reviewed this booking on their own on Goibibi 5/5 star. I will raise this complain to all possible platforms and consumer forum. Before booking this hotel think twice. When I was at the reception customers were complaining about hotel condition which I asked them to click photos of their rooms and send it to me. Pathetic service so far.

The residency hotel - Noida

Well accommodation and very good service and comfortable and if required this is my first choice to stay for family , business trip for this location and I prefer to refer all of my friends for this hotel
