Worst service - Called to fix the AC issue at 12.50 am, technical person comes after 15 min and does his job at 1.04 am

Worst service - Called to fix the AC issue at 12.50 am, technical person comes after 15 min and does his job at 1.04 am Saying I have removed filter and it will cool in next 10- 15 minutes so I waited patiently for another 45 minutes.
At 2 am, I had gone to reception and asked representative at reception so he says that our seniors do not pick up calls at night and room is sold out so ca man not change my room as well.
I have been travelling since 2010 as a marketing person for last 15+ years since 2009 and never ever have faced such issue.
Next time I am not going to stay in this hotel because if I am paying money then it is my right to ask for service and it is the duty of Hotel to extend the same.
Moreover this is not an exceptional demand, it is only about having peaceful sleep after full exhaustive day of working.
This may happen with anybody in future, choice is ours to teach a lesson.

The staff was super nice and very accommodating, at the reception and the restaurant. I needed to change rooms and that was done without any problems. The restaurant is very nice and cozy with great food. The rooms, while clean and spacious, are a bit dated, some furniture are worn and need replacing. Overall I'm very happy with my stay.

It is not around anything so you need transportation. Staff was absolutely amazing! Very service oriented! Room was comfortable, but small for multiple bags.

Expectations met!!

Pleasant stay. My expectations of a business visit were met satisfactorily. Airport pick-up at night time was a BONUS. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was tasty and sumptuous. Definitely recommended strongly.
