Hotel cypress
I recently waist hotel cypress for a trip advis mitting the hole is wery nice. In Nadiad like this type of banquet hole it’s impressive I not seen like this hole it nice.

Worst Experience Ever
Extremely bad behaviour of the manager, they have no intention of serving you, rather just want to mint money only. Even the guards are extremely ill manored. If you are seeking hospitality PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS HOTEL
Added: There is no legal requirement to provide marriage proof if I am providing approved legal IDs. Also it is not listed as a policy to provide any such document. Hotel should be aware of the actual laws and not harass a customer being in the hospitality industry.
Making up your own rules, harassing the customer and to top it all being extremely rude and saying things like 'these people should be thrown away' are definitely the fulfilling criteria for being exposed!!

Let us be very clear: our hotel does not allow unmarried couples. However, in your case, you were unable to provide any valid identification or proof of your relationship, which is a basic requirement for check-in under our hotel policy. This was the sole reason your check-in was denied.
Accusing our staff of bad behavior simply because we followed the rules is unfair and baseless. Our team, including the manager and security staff, maintain a professional standard and are trained to handle all guests with respect. We do not tolerate false allegations intended to damage our reputation.
We operate with integrity, not to "mint money," but to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment to all guests who follow the rules.
Let us clarify once again: your check-in was denied not because of any discriminatory policy, but because you failed to produce valid documentation that complies with our clearly stated check-in requirements. Accusing our team of fabricating rules is not only false but also an irresponsible attempt to shift blame.
Moreover, your attempt to accuse our team of using offensive language is an outright fabrication. We take such serious allegations with utmost concern and have found no such incident in our internal inquiry. Nice stay
Rooms are specious and comfortable, could have bin perfect when the smell in the bathroom was nicer. I guess it’s from the water that are being used. The American restaurant as a diner to decorate is a nice idea and the food is tasty however it’s time to change the armchairs cover and the sooner the better one more small detail is that the waiter brings the food without actually knowing what is what…
