Absolutely 1st class!

From the initial warm welcome to the final goodbye, this place was simply first class! The rooms were spacious, and the shower was great, hot water all the time. The food in the dining room was divine! Freshly prepared and very professional, courteous and patient staff who served. Every member of staff we met was so friendly and helpful. Hotel a 10 minute walk to the town and it was a very quiet area.

Small rooms. Good food.

Hotel room is small for three adults.
Room service is available only till 4.30 pm which was not convenient as the tourists can't be present at that time in hotel as they have to go for sightseeing.
The food was good. Especially jaishankar Assisted well at dinner.

Terrible staff, bad hotel

It's a terrible place with rude and unhelpful staff. No parking. Although we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults+4 children, they made us pay 500/head for 3 children saying that they are above 5. We offered to not have breakfast and anyway, the stay was for barely 8 hours (midnight check-in), while they provided no extra beds. The staff was nonhelpful and thuggish. No concern for us having already paid a premium for the last-minute booking. We didn't feel safe with our toddler and small kids. We had to pay an extra 1500 as it was midnight and we had no other option. Avoid the place.

Amazing Support By Hotel Staff

We are here for a college trip.The manager Mr.Nair here in bellemount is very amazing and co.operative.Great Experience We Had overthere.Thank you Mr.Nair and Bellemount staff for the great stay we all had.

Review for bellmountain

Had a memorable stay... clean room courtesy service by the staffs. Room service also good and staff is excellent. Buffet breakfast they have many items.overall it was amazing stay .I would like to come again here for next visit here. Especially front desk staff are very friendly politeness.........
