Good Experience

Room given to me was well cleaned & over all services were appreciable. At the time of Check In, welcome drink was given & Bell boy escorted me to the room, where he explained everything.
Vijender was too helpful during my 3 days stay.
Will surely suggest all my friends and office staff to stay back in T2 beacon during their Mumbai trip.

WiFi not working.room service bad. Staff at reception uncooperative and rude. Had to complain at the reception. Only plus point is close to airport. Area is not good.

Great central location, but the neighborhood is crowded and poorly kept. Rooms feel old and need renovation. Even though we booked for two adults and a child, they gave us two single beds, so sleeping was a struggle. The lobby is clean, breakfast is okay, and room service is good.

It was an absolute Nightmare.
Firstly the reception staff had absolutely no sense of hospitality, no courtesy and didn't even have common conversational politeness.
Secondly, the room was shabby. Paint was coming off, floor looked dirty and there was no floor towel, no hand towel, nothing.
And the worst part, there was no electricity from 12 am to 4 am and then from 8 am till we checked out at 9 am. They said it was from the power grid, but common, you've got to have a backup. Even lift was not working and I carried my bag myself from 2nd floor.
I entrusted this place to stay with my family based on my previous experience from 2016-17, but this was horrible horrible stay.
