DON’T stay here unless you have to!
There is poor access to the hotel which is on the 4th floor with a lift that only goes to floor 1. The stairwell isn’t clean and is unwelcoming. The rooms are small with nowhere to put your things and are badly maintained and cleaned. The mattress was hard, and the bed linen grubby looking and uncomfortable. We had no hot water for the whole 3 nights of our stay. Staff did try to repair it but it kept reverting back to cold water. The windows were filthy inside, and covered with pigeon faeces outside, so we didn’t want to touch them. The worst thing was probably the noise- from other guests, but also from the staff late at night as well as the constant and loud road noise all of which kept us awake. Whilst recognising that this is a relatively low budget hotel, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend it unless you were on an absolute shoestring budget. It is at best a hostel level hotel.
