Pathetic & Shameless
Mr Faiz promised complimentary stay on next day for AC malfunction, he got my bed changed and AC rectified but blocked my locker and bed by making an early checkin sleep in narrow passage. No water in washroom and reception staff misbehaved and humiliated me for payment on next day morning. Mr Faiz hided from coming in front as he has cheated me.
