Leisure trip

Nice and clean rooms. Quick services. Good hospitality. Good cab services. Breakfast spread needs to be worked upon. Fruit platter needs to be added in breakfast. American breakfast to be added rather all being Asian food items.

The room, actually the 3 rooms I was offered were full of mould, including pillows which were grey because of the mould. And that’s a 40€ a night “business” hotel.
After 30 min discussion with the manager, at 11pm I finally managed to cancel the reservation and was promised a full refund, even got a paper as a proof.
Of course didn’t happen. They count the reservation to take the money. Had to contact an agent for a refund.
Avoid the property.

Good Hotel

Boshan Hotels is in a great location, just a short walk from Mapusa Market. The reception staff were friendly and helpful — when the AC in my room wasn't working, they quickly assisted me with a room change. While the exterior of the hotel looks a bit old, the interiors are well-maintained and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Staff and Management very friendly and cooperative.

My wife and myself stayed at Boshan Hotel, Mapusa for almost the entire month of January, 2024. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Service too is excellent if for any reason something was not working like air conditioning or minor maintenance. Location is a big plus as the hotel is located five minutes walk to the main Mapusa Bazar and Bus Stand. The hotel has a restaurant on its premises which is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. They cater to almost all cuisines. Their fish thali is exceptionally tasty with fresh fish. Their breakfast too is buffet which has a variety of items each day. As we had no transport, Boshan Hotel staff arranged for us a taxi whenever we needed a ride at a reasonable cost. Deepak our driver was very cooperative and we engaged him most of the time during our stay in Mapusa. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel because of its proximity to shops and access to site seeing areas.
