Superb experience

Geetansh, the hotel receptionist, welcomed me warmly with a big smile, made me feel very comfortable, and clearly explained the meal timings and Wi‑Fi details. Overall, a superb experience.

Ginger -Mangaluru needs a Big improvement

Very poor Housekeeping Standards, we had to ask for every basic service.
No Hot water on the 31st Morning in all four rooms we had booked.
Front office staff was very responsive and acted on request immediately.
